BIOGRAPHY

Brazilian Death Metal band formed in the middle of 2004 at Vitoria da Conquista city, Bahia, by Rafael “Hatred” Silveira (starting just as vocals and later also playing guitars), Kleber Silva (guitars) and the blood brothers Isaac and Joilson Porto, bass and drums respectively, both from the Doom Metal Mictian as well.

As most of the bands in this musical genre, Inside Hatred also had many problems with its line-up, because finding the right guys 100% into the band’s philosophy (playing a “dirty” and brutal Death Metal) were almost an impossible job. The lyrics talk about the religious hypocrisy – mainly the Christianity, atheism, death, fear and pain.

In 2004 the band lost the first original member, when Isaac Porto left and was replaced by Maike Marques. One year later the first demo was released, “Paradise of the Blind”, followed by many great reviews in the worldwide underground.

More changings in 2007 with Maike’s departure and Elly Mephistaphel join the group, which would stay only for few rehearsals. In August of that year the band back to the studio and record a second demo: “The Degenerated World of The Holy Decadents (Illusory Dreamland)”.

Independente - Nac.

In the year after a great opportunity knock the band’s door. They’ve been invited to be part of the Meat-Torture Records’ Incantation tribute album with the classic song “Nocturnal Dominium”, but what looked a great thing turned to a nightmare when the producer simply disappeared! Rafael Hatred & Cia. decides then to release the already recorded music as a bonus-track at the second demo in a really special and limited edition in 200 copies through the Brazilian label Bang ‘Till Death Records.

From that point on Inside Hatred was going into a hard moment between some members, so Rafael has decided to put a temporary end at the band. Soon after he was back and followed by Maike Marques on bass and the guest drummer Alessandre (from the band Sades), but this one couldn’t stand so long because was living in a distant city. Rafael decided to concentrate in writing new songs and rehearse.

Back to the activities in 2009, Inside Hatred was already a 5 years old band in its necro-existence. For that reason they promoted an event named “Dark Celebration” with the bands Poisonous (former Impetuous Rage). The line-up? Old brothers as Kleber Silva (Guitars), Maike Marques (Bass), Joilson Porto (Drums) and Rafael Hatred (Vocals) himself. Memorable moment of total chaos in an evening really special for the local underground.

We’re still in 2009 when it’s released a split-album named Osculum Obscenum (Blasphemies of the Flesh) together with Necroholocaust, Necroccultus and Impetuous Rage. At the same time the band is also part of the compilation Extreme Brazilian Alliance produced by the Rio de Janeiro’s label Nihilistic Music. More nine besides Inside Hatred recorded as well.

Some personal reasons makes then Maike Marques leave again which brings the longtime mate Elton Cavalcante to the legion, an actual great musician and partner. But this time Rafael starts to improve himself playing guitars and from that moment on he plays the six strings and of course sings as always.

2010 brought a good chance when the band was invited to be the opening-act for the British Death Metal legend Benediction when they played in Salvador, Bahia’s capital on March 20th. That concert also introduced a new line-up: Rafael Hatred (Vomits and Guitars), Kleber Silva (Necro Guitar), Elton Cavalcante (Necro Bass) and Joilson Porto (Damnation Drums). Many friends and band members from the Bahia’s metal underground and other places were there to support the Inside Hatred.

A new logo also came with 2010 this time more strong and direct, gently created by Sérgio Baloff (Headhunter D.C. frontman). The band releases another split, this time bringing Escarnium (Salvador/Bahia). Titled “Celebrating the World of Decadence”, the opus was distributed by the Polish label Till You Fukkin Bleed, spreading Inside Hatred’s name outside Brazil.

Kleber Silva leaves the band which made Rafael thinks again about an end, also because Elton Cavalcante needed dedicating more to his other projects. Hard times one more time, but Rafael invites his friend Tiago Savage to replace Kleber who stays until the end of next year for musical differences. He’d just performed in one single gig once the band had rejected some invitations to play for have not a bass player at those days.

In March of 2011 during an informal talking Rafael comments with John Nogueira, a good friend from his hometown, about the difficulties which the band was fighting against. For his surprise John decides help as long he was a good bass player and also shared the same goals as him. A powerful partnership was born on that moment. The results of this new line-up is a new demo released at the end of 2011 with only two tracks as an appetizer for the upcoming debut which is gonna be available yet in 2012. The opus is gonna be called “Salvation’s Failure” and it’s in the final mixing phase at the home-studio of the longtime mate Vinícius Necrófago (Pure Noise, Disgusting and Necroterror).

The 8th Anniversary was celebrated on January 29th this year with the second edition of the “Dark Celebration” festival. One week earlier they were playing with the new line-up in Ilhéus, South Coast of Bahia. To mention, together with Rafael Hatred and John Nogueira was Joilson Porto on the Drums. The power-trio has sounded as never before. The good winds were blowing again to Inside Hatred.

Rafael and his band of demons are hungry for flesh and blood. So be prepared for a collection of brutal chaos in form of a Morbid Death Metal music.

   DEATH METAL RULES!!!
